Add Font Awesome icons to menu

This module allows adding Font Awesome icons to every single WordPress menu element. In order to use the module, load Font Awesome CSS file and type the Font Awesome icon class (e.g. fa-home) in the CSS field of the menu element from WordPress' admin area. It's not necessary to add the fa class as it's already added by the module.
