Release 1.13

This release changes the behavior of the tree checkboxes.

Now if a node is checked and it has children and all of its children are checked then instead of collapsing and unchecking the node (the old behavior), it will uncheck the children but leave the node expanded.

This is to make it easier to select a small number of children from a large set.

fdid=66 now shows the creation years for the resource (collection). Previously it was showing the creation years for each archival object.
