Add a site information component. Content is setting using env variables, so component can be shown with a redeploy rather than a hotfix.

Closes #1551

This PR includes some styling changes to the alert component to increase the text/bg contrast. It also removes the testnet banner: env variables have been set on Interlay and Kintsugi testnets so that the site information component is used instead.
