The travis file is using old versions of GHC, and not using new ones. We should at least use GHC 8.10, and we no longer need to support the 7 series.

Update versions of GHC on travis. Refs #106.

The travis file is using old versions of GHC, and not using new ones.

This commit updates the travis to remove support for any versions prior
to GHC 8.4, and adds everything else in the GHC 8 series.
