Describe the bug
The tooltemp gauge is visibile even when disconnected from the printer

Expected behavior
The gauge should only be visible when connected to the printer

Additional context
Probably due to data binding issue in the knockout model when temperatureModel is called within the ko:foreach for the hotends.
