New Issue Checklist

Please follow these guidelines when creating a new issue.

• We use libphonenumber for formatting, validation and generating placeholder numbers - if your issue relates to one of these things, please check their test site first and if you see the problem there please file an issue with them instead.
• Note that if you simply need to upgrade to the latest version of libphonenumber, it only takes 5 minutes to do this yourself - see Contributing page.
• Please try using the latest version of the plugin before reporting any issues.
• Please search through existing issues to see if your question has already been answered before opening a new one.
