The LegacyAccountMigration is a tool to migrate stored credentials from pre 0.12 to the new format introduced in 0.12. For active users it has done it's job and migrated their servers. It's time to let it go to keep the authentication code maintainable.
Removing this should not impact a lot of users, and if it does: they just need to add their server manually once.
