Byte Buddy - College Canteen Application

Byte Buddy is a mobile application developed using React Native that serves as a college canteen application. It allows students to view available food items, place orders, give reviews and ratings, and make payments using Razorpay integration. The application also utilizes Redux for state management.

Getting Started

Before running the application, ensure that you have the following software installed on your system:

• Node.js
• npm (Node Package Manager)
• React Native CLI / Expo CLI
• Android Studio / Xcode (for Android / iOS development)

Prerequisites

Before running the Byte Buddy application, you need to set up the following prerequisites:

1. Canteen Admin Panel Repository: The canteen admin panel repository contains the dashboard and interface for administrators to manage food items, orders, and reviews. Clone the repository and follow the setup instructions to run the admin panel locally.

2. Canteen Backend Repository: The canteen backend repository contains the server-side code and API endpoints for managing data related to food items, orders, reviews,etc. Clone the repository and follow the setup instructions to run the backend server locally.

Installation

Clone the repository:

git clone https://github.com/jerinwilson7/Canteen-App-reactNative.git

cd byte-buddy

npm install

npm start

Configuration

• Set up Razorpay integration:
• Obtain API keys from Razorpay and configure them in the application.
• Update the config.js file with your Razorpay API keys.
