feat(french translation): Add french translation

Just wanted to add french translation since we are using this.

-> No breaking change. Just a new file with french translations.

@jhaals do you confirm it is enough to write fras title?

#1565 has wrong spelled sentences and has some gramatical errors. This translation is verified by people at our office.
