描述一下此特性

希望增加功能等同于joe2.0的自定义cdn的功能，
现在境内服务器基本上都是小水管，cdn缓存时间也有限，不是大站cdn就算设置永久缓存也会因为资源热度不高被刷下来，所以是最好这些静态文件资源可以放到类似于对象存储中不限速的服务里然后套cdn来加快源站访问速度
