getMTBS - Retrieve MTBS data for a given state and a publication year
This utility pulls wildfire severity data from MTBS. The data is used to populate the OregonHOWL History of Wildfire Severity spotlight.
If available, the utility will use a spatial query that uses state boundaries, otherwise, it will pull all the records where the id is prefixed with the state code. Spatial queries should be stored as a GeoServer WFS POST request body.
NOTE: This utility requires the command "zip" to be available in the system (standard in macOS and Linux)
