Note that NodesAndModes.jl only computes interpolation nodes (nodes) and basis functions (modes). See [StartUpDG.jl](https://github.com/jlchan/StartUpDG.jl) for generating meshes, connectivity arrays, and geometric terms associated with nodal DG methods.
