Version 0.5.0 - single LOD support

First working release, supporting B/W and color textures, and export to PLY and XYZ.

You don't need source code, just download VST-converter-050.zip.

Known limitations:

• only LOD n.6 is processed, regardless of number of LODs in the file
• apparently the faces contained in the VST file cover smaller surface than the pointcloud, but it could be a script error (investigating)
• no checks are performed on input: you can by mistake specify texture not actually associated to the specified VST file
