This PR adds the ability to use the builtin generators. It also adds an
extra generator in the form of GitConfigMapGenerator acting
exactly as ConfigMapGenerator but that also injects in the config
map the variables repoURL and revision with the current origin
URL and branch.

Missing documentation.
