pystackreg

To install dependencies run:

pip install tifffile pystackreg

How to use:

Use notebook file to set parameters and run the script
or
Set parameters in the settings.py file and run the script executing stackreg.py or simply running run.ps1 or run.bat (only for Windows)

Notice: if the script's process was interrupted by system, you should extend your RAM or make a swap
