What would you like to be added: Research which conformance tests can be run in parallel, and configure them to run in parallel when the flag is set, via suite.ConformanceTest.Parallel.

Why this is needed: I tried running all tests in Parallel, and there were failures. Some tests should be able to run in parallel without error.

This seems like something we would like to have, so help from a community member would be appreciated:

/help

However this does not appear to be something that needs to block the GA release so unless this is causing problems with GA we probably wont have time until afterwards.

I want to try to take this if it's alright.

If you'd like to pick this one up, that's cool just be aware that we are currently in a marathon sprint to release v1.0.0 and we consider this priority/backlog, so you may find feedback and responses very slow for this until we at least release our RC1 (aiming for first week of Oct) as we're trying really really hard to get our GA release out in time for Kubecon Chicago.

That's not a problem for me. I am a beginner contributor and trying to get more accustomed to the project for now, while not having a lot of time to work on it until October either, so slow is fine :)
