Configure key board settings from webapp. Possible initial configuration setup for new board.

This was kind of brought to light with the recent issue regarding someone with a different LED wiring setup. We may be able to create a setup via the webapp so that code doesn't need to be touched. Need to evaluate whether or not this is worth the time and effort though. Possibly just keep this in the code. This would help work this code towards a point where someone never has to modify the code, they can set it up via the web app.

Settings examples:
Number of LEDs/balls
Number of rows/cols
Pixel Density
LED pin
ledAdresses
etc.
