Configuration for different sized boards.

This came up when creating the code to be able to handle the PPBC XL version. We need to address a few things:

-The larger board has different settings about it (number of LEDs, NUM_ROWS, NUM_COLS, ledAddresses, etc.). These need to be changed
-The origin of the text should be able to be modified on any board.
-Different fonts for larger boards.
-Adding the ability to display more than one line of text
-etc.

This is being addressed in the xl branch currently and being documented as a feature request here. This can also be tied closely with the #40 feature request.
