GPML-Rhea

Collect chemical reactions from a GPML file and look for matching Rhea equations.

System requirements:

Installing Node.js on Linux

sudo apt-get install nodejs-dev node-gyp libssl1.0-dev
sudo apt install npm

Installing GPML-Rhea

npm install --global @larsgw/gpml-rhea

Alternatively, run "without" installing:

npx @larsgw/gpml-rhea [options]

Usage

GPML-Rhea

  gpml-rhea [file]             Read file
  gpml-rhea -                  Read from standard in
  gpml-rhea -v, --version      Get the version
  gpml-rhea -h, --help         Print this message
