Allow user to select the type of data by using the option -t followed by the type name. If the type matches a known type, it is selected, if not it is set to unknown.
I found this to be necessary when creating new Eiger HDF5 files with additional fields - the "Dectris" keyword may no longer be found when the raw header is checked.
Bug with phi start not working correctly has been fixed in this pull request.
