PRSB Release

This release contains some alterations made for a separate paper, Levin et al. (2020) "Phylogenetic and functional distinctiveness explain alien plant population responses to competition" Proceedings of the Royal Society B 287.

This paper is now in press, and so this release is meant to track that one. There haven't been any major modifications, except to fix a typo in the code for the Lonicera maackii IPM.

Post-acceptance Freezing

Snapshot of the versions of the scripts and data that were published in Ecology. Subsequent updates will be released via Zenodo and here as required, but are pretty unlikely.

Data base curators should use this release if the goal is to reproduce data sets as they were published.
