Compiled with Visual C++ 2022 you will need the Microsoft Visual Studio Runtime. You can download it from Microsoft.
This zip contains the OpenCV DLL files they are why the file is this size.
You will need to set the path environment variable to the directory you extract this EXE
so you can use it in the console outside of the directory it is installed to.
