Using telegraf + grafana cloud + influxcloud v2

Setup

1. Install telegraf and copy telegraf.conf to /etc/telegraf

2. Configure telegraf.conf with the token and organization from influxcloud

3. Install speedtest cli (optional)

4. Setup grafana to connect to influxcloud

5. Import grafana dashboard
