- Go to: https://portal.azure.com/
- Register if you don't have an account
- Login to your account
- In the Portal Menu, go to Create a Resource
- Search for Speech and click Create
- Set all information with your desired settings
- Review & Create
In your service page, go to Keys and Endpoint tab and you'll get all necessary values:
- Subscription (Key 1 or 2)
- Region
- Endpoint
