Upstream: SSheldon/rust-objc-exception#11

Uses the same implementation as std::panic::catch_unwind, with small modifications to extract the exception object from Objective-C.

Mostly for prosperity, this is not going to be stable, see https://internals.rust-lang.org/t/custom-catch-unwind/15536/8 and rust-lang/project-ffi-unwind#35
