Release Candidate 1

Added dynamic polling. Instead of polling every two minutes, polling will be dynamically adjusted to start one hour before the scheduled departure, starting every 10 minutes until 10-15 minutes before departure, when it switches to every 2 minutes, and 2-3 minutes before departure it will reduce to 30 seconds between polls. This should reduce the traffic to Metlink's servers overall for most stops (maybe busy central city ones will see an increase), while providing more accurate real time info close to departure time.
