Updated to create two binary sensors

Two Sensors

From this release two binary sensors will be created instead of one. One sensor is for the "normal" (or optionally green bin) week while the other is for the recycle (yellow bin) week. Two sensors are used to enable the creation of alerts in Home Assistant with names specific to the weeks.

New Configuration Attributes

recycle_icon (Optional): Name of the icon to use for the "recycle" week sensor (defaults to mdi:recycle)
green_bin (Optional): true/false to indicate if you have a green bin (reflected in the Extra Bin attribute for the "normal" weeks

Fix errors in extra bin calculation

Fixed error where extra bin attribute always returned 'Green/Garden'

Initial release for testing

First fully-functional version for testing
