Remove old modules and use pyjams instead

This released uses the pyjams library whereever possible and removed the old modules that were moved and enhanced in pyjams.

New pip structure, github actions and github pages

This released moved to a new pip structure using pyproject.toml instead of setup.py.

It also uses Github's Continuous Integration instead of Travis-CI.

The documentation moved from ReadTheDocs to Github Pages.

All documentation uses reStructured text instead of Markdown now.

Refined user guide

This release of hesseflux includes several bug fixes.

It outputs the mean of the values if gapfill is used for error estimates, e.g. to test the goodness of the gapfilling algorithm.
u* thresholds can now also be applied seasonally.

There is a new helper script eddypro2nc.py which converts EddyPro output to a netCDF file.

Initial public release of hesseflux.

hesseflux provides functions used in the processing and post-processing of the Eddy covariance flux data of the ICOS ecosystem site FR-Hes.
