• Accepted manuscript includes new Section (Section 3.1) that discusses in detail the ambiguity between sub-burst slope and sub-burst drift rate, and why they can (often) follow the same trend as each other, making them indistinguishable measurements if the sub-bursts of an FRB are unresolved.
