This PR should not affect MFEM/GLVis but as mentioned in issue #9 by @adrienbernede, Remhos and Laghos still point to master. It would probably be best to update Remhos and Laghos to point to v2.4. |

Master has fallen behind v2.4 so this PR just catches it up again.
