Windows Phone 8 implementation of PwdHash

This is an implementation of PwdHash. It’s build as a Universal Application, so it requires Windows Phone 8.1 and Windows 8.1.

Currently there’s no UI, neither for Windows Phone nor the Store App, but at least all tests pass now :)
