This release keeps symlib compatible with the latest enumlib. A recent change in symlib and enumlib eliminates failure of enumlib when generating large derivative supercells. The problem was merely roundoff error in a 3x3 matrix inverse. Having the tolerance too tight (the default is 10d-14) in that inverse caused failures when it shouldn't have.

Enumlib Update Compatible

This version has some changes to make it compatible with the lastest changes in enumlib. Some of the calling interfaces changed (mostly some pointer variables were changed to allocatable arrays.)

Release version of the msg symmetry library

This library has been in "release" shape for 2 decades but making it official.
