Script to fill in access manifest files for access_data_analysis to help avoid this time-consuming and error-prone step

required fields:

cmo_patient_id
cmo_sample_id_plasma
cmo_sample_id_normal
paired
dmp_patient_id

fields that the script updates:

bam_path_normal
bam_path_plasma_duplex
bam_path_plasma_simplex
maf_path
cna_path
sv_path
