Add consistency across R and MATLAB after system-type segregation update

• Added MATLAB scripts for calculating segregation by type using proportional contribution.
• Renamed scripts to increase consistency across R and MATLAB scripts.
• Added options to MATLAB script to set diagonal and negative values in input matrix to zero.
• Improved documentation.
