I updated the plugin as best as I could to Python3 and IDA Python 7.4. I didn't do thorough testing, and added some comments where I wasn't sure about API changes. Seems to work, but you'd no better if I broke it.
Consider merging if it works, as the current release does not work with recent IDA Pro versions, and is not compatible with Python3.
