- This analysis project provides a visualizatoin of data on bacterial species found in the human body, specifically in the human belly button. A webpage was created to display the data with interactive charts. The user is able to select each participant (Test Subject) ID and see top 10 bacterial species found, bacterial cultures found, and the washing frequency in the selected participant.
- JavaScript, Plotly, CSS/Bootstrap were utilzed in this project.
