giampaolo/psutil#2396: process_iter() no longer pre-emptively checks whether PIDs have been reused. If you want to check for PID reusage you are supposed to use Process.is_running() against the yielded Process instances. That will also automatically remove reused PIDs from process_iter() internal cache.

See if any impact in the main processes.py loop.

PsUtil 6 not release. Postpone to next Glances version.
