While Giving the IP Address or A Port , If user inputs invalid details like texts, symbol then the program stops & give errors ; It should asks to input valid details if user inputs invalid details ;

Used Try & Catch to check if the host & port are valid or not & if not , it keeps asking until user inputs valid details
