Janken with Honda python / 本田とじゃんけん python

I recreated Janken(Japanese version of rock-paper-scissors) Honda in python. The conditional branching was tedious and you lose 100% of the time. Maybe we'll implement it soon. (NOTE: "I" in this sentence is not @nnn1590)
