The commits in this PR address issue #41 with @angehung5 The netcdf and text inputs are now streamlined to use UFS based inputs (currently on GFS or RRFS type output).
Also added are a new LU_OPT = 1 for MODIS vtype (e.g., GFSv16), and a CSZ condition to avoid calculating canopy photolysis attenuation when the cell is dark (i.e., CSZ < 0).
