fix: programming_mode dosnt show values

The radiator thermostat(_TZE200_cpmgn2cf) dosn't show current values for 'programming_mode'-list.

Hey @Koenkk and @kirovilya! :) It looks there's some issue with above mentioned converter. Missmatch between exposes and converter logic

After the install of the latest release, I don't see the Week options anymore in my installation

Is that also the case on your installations?

Second question: On the printscreen above, I see the button Anwenden. I did see this button appear also in other reported issues on Github.
But in my installation, Zigbee2MQTT addon in Home Assistant, I never see this button appear in the addon Gui.
When I select my zigbee device in the tab Devices and then select the tab Exposes in the detail screen and then adapt values, I see in the log, that they are sent automatically to the device.

I haven't run an update yet. But an error has actually crept in there. @Koenkk has already taken care of it.

The button is only for special components. This should now also have disappeared with the changeover.
