Hi @TheChymera , apologies for the very long delay on this review. The NWB team has seen increased need for storing improved optogenetic metadata and data in the NWB file. I am working directly with the Frank Lab at UCSF on that now. So, we would like to restart efforts to revamp the optogenetics data structures in NWB, which could include replacing existing fields. I saw your extension here, but the documentation for the fields is a little sparse. Can you provide an example usage of your extension in the extension README, using all of the fields that you added? Linking NeurodataWithoutBorders/nwb-schema#517 for related discussion. |
