Restructuring the docs

Description

This patch assures that we can create a version of docs for IDZ (with links to it and Intel reference) and GitHub* pages (with no mentions of Intel). It also lets us build GSG on GitHub* pages along with the main docs to align with oneAPI doc guidelines.
