ziti-edge-tunnel dump 0.19.11 sub-command ignores the -p|--dump_path param and always writes the human-readable status dump to stdout file descriptor of the main PID.

EDIT: clarify that the output goes to stdout of the main PID when triggered by IPC when running a separate PID like ziti-edge-tunnel dump
