This has effects:

  1. stop supporting container tunneler on arm 32bit because new base image isn't available for arm (arm64, amd64 still supported)
  2. now the two containers are related: ziti-host ("run-host" mode) is a child from ziti-edge-tunnel ("run" mode)
  3. change the container readme to have a table of contents and re-organize to descend from a use case into the details about different containers
