Event page cleanup

This release changes the event HTML page to use the latest HousePortal's capabilities.

Improve event reporting

This release includes the following changes:

• Use HousePortal's houseconfig module.
• Use implicit events from HousePortal.

Complete and adjust code based on experience

This release fixes issues that belong to three groups:

• Incomplete code: missing configuration attributes, fix start order, web UI, limit number of retries.
• Rework handling of device status: do not turn the device on when it reboots, refresh registration sooner after a command (as a way to get a status update sooner).
• Generate more events: the logic and root cause of existing events were difficult to identify with the little information included in the log.

First release

This initial release controls WiZ lights on and off, no dimming support. This release goal is to be integrated with the HouseLights service so that WiZ devices can be included in the HouseLights schedule.
