Quantitative evaluation of the 2018 prosecutorial-driven initiative on incarceration sentence lengths in Philadelphia.

Materials were submitted for:

  1. Spring 2019 Dual Master's Thesis (M.S. Criminology and Master of Public Adminsitration) at the University of Pennsylvania.

  2. Deliverables as a University of Pennsylvania’s Fels Institute of Government Public Leadership and Service Fellow (Spring 2019) within the Research Unit of the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office (DAO).

These files are updated versions from the original that was submitted to the Phildelphia District Attorney's Research Unit and the University of Pennsylvania's Department of Criminology. Revisions were made in Fall 2019 / Winter 2020 to incorporate feedback from advisors.
