Decouple organization from GitHub 👷‍♂️

Big functional changes involved:

• ✅ The concept of "personal organization" is removed.
• ✅ GitHub organization members are no longer synced. Existing memberships in DB are preserved.
• ✅ The is_admin flag on user organization membership is removed. If you're a member on the organization, you have write access. Existing non-admin users synced from GitHub will be removed. We may reintroduce later our own permissions system.
