Give creators more control over how to promote subscriptions on their Polar page.

• Show/hide Subscribe with Email and subsequently the Free tier on the Subscriptions page

• Show/hide the public count/display of active subscribers

• Include/exclude free subscribers in the total count of active subscribers

• Fixes Pages: Show paid subscribers separately #2818

Leverage the same profile_settings in the Subscribe embed badge to reflect the same count.
