What happened:
If you have more than 50 Customer Groups, On the “Customer Groups” page, it will only list up to 50 Customer Groups. However, if while on this page, you create a new ticket and select a Customer Group that is alphabetically after the first 50, it appears to refresh the list and the missing sites appear.

Additionally, it appears that when editing a customer, only the first 50 groups appear in the “Groups” list and I have not found a workaround to make more appear. The only thing I can do is rename the group I want temporarily so that it appears in the first 50 Groups alphabetically.

What did you expect to happen:
I expect any list of all customer groups to show the full list - not to be limited to 50.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
Create more than 50 Customer groups, and try to view themon the "Customer Groups" page and also on the "Groups" list when editing a Customer.

Environment:

  • Trudesk Version: 1.0.15
  • OS (e.g. from /etc/os-release): Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS
  • Node.JS Version: v10.16.1
  • MongoDB Version: 4.0.11
  • Is this hosted on cloud.trudesk.io: No
